Lifespan: 20-30 years
Diet: Starting with smaller mice and eating large mice and rats as adults
Housing: They’re a semi-arboreal species so do appreciate some height, most adults need a 3ft tank
Notes: A large bodied snake, they’re a docile species that is tolerant to frequent handling. They’re a slow moving species compared to other snakes and are great for first time snake owners.
