For most cats, catnip acts as a harmless stimulant that typically results in running, jumping, rolling around, meowing and purring. Interestingly though, not all cats are stimulated by this plant. Studies have shown that only around 80% of cats are affected by it, which is why our mice are great, as cats just can’t help playing with them anyway!
